Spilia was created by blending a background of Payne’s grey blues and umber. This was overlaid with black using the pallet knife. Finally geometric accents of turquoise were added and a last touch of ochre to add warmth. 

This is a true abstract however once complete it reminds me of a cave or grotto 
 
This artwork is on stretched cotton canvas and is ready to hang with ring hook to the back, the painting extends around the sides of the canvas so no need to frame.
