Come and dip your toes into pastels with this atmospheric wave tutorial, where we’ll be capturing the movement, energy and sparkle of the sea. In this relaxed, friendly in-person class, I’ll guide you step by step through creating a dramatic breaking wave, focusing on colour, flow and those all-important foamy highlights. You’ll learn how to suggest movement without overworking, build depth in the water, and add light-catching details that really bring the painting to life. We’ll explore: Building luminous sea colours in pastel Creating movement and flow in a breaking wave Adding foam, spray and sparkle Keeping your pastels fresh and expressive This class is suitable for beginners and improvers — no need to have painted waves before, just a willingness to have a go and enjoy the process. ✨ Places are limited, so if you fancy a creative escape and a splash of seaside magic, be sure to book early and come and dip your toes in. Cancellation Policy
Eunice @ Studio 5 reserves the right to cancel any group classes or courses which have 4 or less people booked on them. Cancellations will be made by email no less than 3 days before the class is due to start, and a full refund will be given, or the option to move your booking to another date. You may cancel your class up to 28 days before the class begins and request to receive a full refund or switch to an alternative class. Any deposits or class fees paid for a class will not be refunded if less than 27 days before the class start date.
